Editorial Policy

Last Updated: August 30, 2026

At Deshii News, we aim to provide readers with useful, relevant, and responsibly presented news and information.

Our editorial approach focuses on accuracy, clarity, transparency, and respect for our readers.

Our Editorial Principles

Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to verify information before publishing.

When a story is developing and information is still changing, we may update the article as additional reliable information becomes available.

Originality

We aim to create original articles and editorial content.

We do not intentionally present another publisher's work as our own. When information is obtained from external sources, we seek to add appropriate context and present the information in our own editorial format.

Sources

Where appropriate, articles may refer to official statements, government announcements, organizations, public records, or other reliable sources.

Readers may be directed to external sources when additional verification or context is useful.

Corrections and Updates

If we identify a factual error or receive credible information showing that an article requires correction, we may update the article.

Significant corrections may be reflected in the article so that readers are not knowingly left with incorrect information.

Breaking News

Breaking news can change rapidly.

Initial reports may contain limited information. As facts are confirmed or additional details become available, we may update the relevant article.

Readers should keep this in mind when reading reports about ongoing events.

Opinions and Analysis

News reporting, opinion, and analysis are different forms of content.

Opinions or analysis published on Deshii News represent the views expressed by the respective writer or contributor and should not automatically be interpreted as factual reporting.

Headlines

We aim to write headlines that accurately represent the content of an article.

We avoid deliberately misleading headlines or headlines designed solely to create unnecessary clicks.

User Comments

Where comments are available, we encourage readers to participate respectfully.

Comments containing abusive, unlawful, misleading, threatening, or inappropriate material may be moderated or removed.

Conflicts of Interest

We aim to maintain editorial independence and avoid situations where personal or commercial interests could improperly influence our content.

Sponsored or promotional material, when applicable, should be distinguished from independent editorial content.

Editorial Independence

Deshii News aims to maintain a clear distinction between editorial content and commercial interests.

Advertising or other commercial relationships do not automatically determine our editorial coverage.
